What if i tell you that you are not safe anymore. In the world of tech and data, everything is being monitored and looked upon because big data is something which is getting more popularity these days but do we know that where this data is actually coming from. This is what you serve on the internet and internet is using your data to make money. I know you are not surprised much till now but what if i tell you that a small information leak nowadays can lead to bigger problems.
Today's hackers with the help of OSINT can find each and every detail of yours and the thing which scares me is that he can do all this legally. He can find your :
- name
- age
- phone number
- address
- social media accounts
- Online footprints, etc.
OSINT stands for Open Source Intelligence and as the name suggests it is a dangerous tool which is often used by hackers to gather any information available on internet about you.
First stage of hacking is that, we need to gather information about the target and with the help of these tools we can do all this very easily. Many softwares are also being build which is helping the hackers to do all this with few clicks.
To give a brief about how powerful tool it is, any picture of yours can be used to find address of yours just by looking at the surrounding. I will suggest you to play one such game which will help you know about this in much more detail:
